Welcome! I’m Jenny Bardoczi, the founder and lead fractional marketing director. BrightBloom Marketing was created as a response to businesses who needed the expertise of a seasoned marketer and business strategist but couldn't afford the high costs of a marketing agency or an in-house marketing director. 


Along with with a Masters in Business Administration and Marketing focus, I have over 10 years of experience turning chaotic marketing into clear, focused growth plans. I've worked with all kinds of businesses—from real estate sales and affiliate brands to health food stores and medical clinics.

what is chief marketing officer (CMO)?

My job as your contractual-CMO is to be in charge for all your marketing avenues. My role is to build and lead your market strategy that gets your brand noticed and drives growth while working to retain your current customer base. 


I also work to understand your customers and target market, creating marketing campaigns that speak to them, and ensuring the company’s message is consistent across all channels.


Key items I focus on as your personal CMO:


  1. Marketing Strategy: Develop a game plan for how to market your products and services in a way that aligns with your business goals and speaks to your target audience.
     
  2. Branding: Making sure your brand stays strong, recognizable, and consistent, so customers know who you are and exactly what you stand for.
     
  3. Customer Insights: Dig into customer data to really understand who your customers are and what makes them tick, helping guide smarter decisions. We'll build your target audience which includes your primary audience, secondary and tertiary audience.
     
  4. Digital Marketing: Managing your online presence, including social media, SEO, ads, and email campaigns to get the right eyes on your business. This typically includes partnering with a graphic designer to help design custom ads.
     
  5. Product Marketing: Helping launch and promote products effectively, making sure your sales teams are aligned with what’s being marketed.
     
  6. Team Leadership: Leading and motivating your team to make sure everyone’s working together to meet business goals.
     
  7. Budgeting: Keeping track of the marketing budget to make sure you’re spending in the right areas that bring the best return.
     
  8. Collaboration with You: I'll work closely with you and other leaders to make sure marketing is fully aligned with the broader business vision.
